Who is responsible

Booking information

When you make a booking, we collect the contact and booking details needed to reserve the selected space, send confirmation, administer the booking and prepare the associated invoice. This may include your name, email address, company, booking date, selected room or desk, guest numbers and notes you provide.

Google Analytics

With your permission, this website uses Google Analytics measurement ID G-TYDLWF9YZG to understand visits and how the website is used. Google Analytics may place cookies such as _ga and collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Analytics does not load until you select “Accept analytics”.

Sharing and retention

Booking information is used by Hatters House and service providers needed to operate the booking, email and invoicing services, including Xero where applicable. Information is retained only for as long as needed for bookings, accounting, legal and operational purposes.

You may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction where the law provides those rights.
